Released in 1995, "Ham Biscuit" was originally intended as a collection of demos. But the band decided to release the 11 songs as their second album. Having started Girth Records to release their previous "Drain-o" EP, the band manually dubbed cassette copies of "Ham Biscuit" with hand-letter covers.

Kevin remembers making those copies by hand, but has absolutely no recollection of this recording session.
